These Terms govern your use of the Rune Flow mobile game provided by SnailPixel. By using the Game you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.

2. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not attempt to cheat, exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Game, its servers, or other players (including manipulating leaderboards). We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Virtual items and ads

The Game may include advertisements and optional rewarded content. Any in-game items or rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

4. Availability

The Game and its online features are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time. Online features require a working internet connection and may be unavailable from time to time.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
