This Privacy Policy explains how SnailPixel ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Rune Flow (the "Game"). By using the Game you agree to this policy.

1. Play as a guest — no account required

You can play Rune Flow entirely as a guest, offline, without creating an account or giving us any personal information. Signing in is optional and only used to save and sync your progress.

2. Information we collect

Stored on your device

Your game progress (completed levels, stars, best times and moves, XP, daily-challenge streak, and settings) is stored locally on your device. A random anonymous "guest ID" is generated to keep this progress; it is not linked to your real identity.

If you choose to sign in (optional)

If you sign in with Google or email, we receive and store, on our servers, the information needed to run your account and leaderboards:

• Your account identifier, email address, display name, and profile photo URL (as provided by Google/Firebase Authentication).
• Your game progress described above, so it can sync across your devices and power the leaderboards.

Ads and analytics

The Game may show ads and use analytics provided by Google. These services may automatically collect device information and identifiers (such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and app-interaction events) as described in Google's policies. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera data.

3. How we use information

• To run the Game and save your progress.
• To sync your progress across devices and display leaderboards when you are signed in.
• To show and measure advertising.
• To understand how the Game is used and to improve it.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following third parties, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication and app services) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob (advertising) — AdMob & privacy
• Google Analytics / Google Play services — policies.google.com/privacy

5. Advertising choices

You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Where required, we ask for your consent for personalized ads before showing them.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game. If you have an account, your server-side data is kept until you delete your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In the Game: Settings → Delete account.
• On the web: visit our Delete account page.

7. Children's privacy

Rune Flow is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us or using the deletion options above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
